Return Policy

Online Purchases:
Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Orders are processed quickly, and we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. If you request a cancellation before the order has shipped, we can issue store credit. If your order has already shipped, you may return the item for store credit within 14 days of delivery, and you are responsible for return shipping. Approved returns will be issued as store credit via e-gift card within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Clothing items must be in new condition with original tags attached to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Of Salt & Sea will only accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition free of perfume, makeup, pet hair or deodorant stains.
This does not apply to online orders placed for in-store pickup — those items must be returned within 7 days of in-store purchase. Items with odors, stains, or visible wear will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If you request an exchange, please note that we cannot guarantee size or item availability. Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, we will process the exchange or issue store credit if the desired item is unavailable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at customerservice@ofsaltandseaboutique.com within 1 day of delivery and include photos of the damage and the packaging. The item must be unworn and unwashed. Claims after this timeframe may not be honored.
In-Store Purchases
Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered for in-store purchases.
Clothing may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new condition with tags still attached. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and free of any odors or stains to be accepted.
We cannot guarantee size or item availability at the time of return.
Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Accessories (Hair items, sunglasses)
- Jewelry
- Sale items & discounted items
- Body Suits
- Intimates
All items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes online purchases and in store pick-up purchases
These items will be returned to you at your expense if sent back.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any approved refund will apply to the price of the returned item(s) and applicable sales tax, but not the cost of shipping.
Salt and Sea Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. In these cases, please contact your local post office to file a claim or initiate a trace.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
